from HK to pick-up at UK Heathrow.

Thank you for your sterling work and assistance with getting my dog Petal from HK all the way back to my home is South Africa. You jumped through every hoop with me to get her through the export process and blood tests, took me with to every vet check, filled
out all the paper and took her from my door to the airport and more! Your patience, kindness and personal touch really made it a happy and stress free experience for me and my dog.

Thanks for assisting our cat (Silver - 20May2013) in clearing customs and transporting her to our doorstep in Hong Kong with your frequent updates on her arrival. We were amazed with Silver's behavior being extremely curious and perky
in the cage. We guess she had a wonderful experience during her flight other than the long 13hrs transportation although the flight time was 4hrs.
